My order arrived on time, and the item itself was in good condition. The box did have a small dent, but luckily nothing inside was damaged. I had a good experience browsing Gossby and liked that they had plenty of cute personalized mugs and shirts to choose from. It didn’t take me too long to find a few designs that felt right for the gift I needed. I do think some categories could use a bit more variety, since a few sections felt more limited than others. Still, the site was easy to use, and I ended up finding a really nice gift without much hassle.

My order showed up with a small mistake, and I was already in kind of a tired, annoyed mood that day, so I felt disappointed at first. I reached out to support expecting it to take a while, but they replied faster than I thought they would.

They sent out a replacement and kept me updated along the way, which I really appreciated. It did take a little time to get everything sorted, but the issue was fixed and the item looks good now. Giving 4 stars since it wasn’t perfect from the start, but they handled it well

"Ordering took way too much patience"
I was just trying to place an order on Gossby, but the whole thing got on my nerves fast. The pages were slow, and a couple of times I had to go back because the options I picked didn’t seem to save properly.
Checkout wasn’t much better. I kept double checking everything because I didn’t trust that it was all correct, and I was really close to just quitting the order altogether. It shouldn’t take that much effort to buy something online.

I was ready to buy and then, right at checkout, the total suddenly went up with extra fees I hadn’t really seen before. Maybe I missed the fine print, I don’t know, but it felt kind of sneaky and left a bad taste. I just wish the full price had been clear from the start.

I got my order sooner than I thought I would, which was a nice surprise. The tracking kept updating like it should too, so I could see when it shipped, when it was moving, when it got close, and when it was out for delivery. It wasn’t super instant or anything, like not next-day fast, not “ordered it and it magically appeared” fast, but still good compared to some other orders I’ve had where tracking gets stuck or packages sit around for days. Overall, no complaints on the shipping

I ordered a gift from gossby and, at least for me, the delivery was dependable. It showed up around the date they estimated, and the tracking was mostly easy to follow. There was one day where nothing updated, which made me a little unsure, but it ended up arriving safely and not too late. Overall, I was happy with how it went

I ordered from gossby.com and, not gonna lie, I was fully expecting the shipping to be a whole situation because apparently that’s just how online orders go sometimes.

But surprisingly, the packaging was actually really solid. The item was wrapped securely, the box was clean, and there wasn’t any damage at all, not even a bent corner, which was a nice little miracle.

So yeah, credit where it’s due, they protected it really well and it showed up looking exactly how it was supposed to. Would’ve been nice if every company shipped like this, but anyway, 5 stars from me

"Really wanted to love this mug"
I’ve ordered from this brand before and usually feel good about sticking with them, so I was a little bummed this time. I got a personalized mug, and while it’s still usable, the print just didn’t come out as nice as I expected. The photo looks a bit blurry, and the colors aren’t nearly as bright as they looked in the preview. Shipping was fine, no real issues there, but for the price I was hoping the final result would be sharper. I still like the brand, which is probably why I’m disappointed more than anything.
