Barbara Mendoza was very helpful. When I finished designing my koozies I almost shut down the order because it was trying to charge me 3x the price because of a glitch. She helped me redesign my logo for the koozie and I will be ordering them once my company approves! Thanks to her for being helpful and knowledgeable.

Web site has some issues from time to time with not being able to select colors not shown in the first line up. There is supposed to be an arrow to move through them, but it doesn't always pop up. This time, I called the Sales department and Nataly was able to send me a link to a cart that she set up for me. This allowed me to put it in my cart to place an order. I needed to do it this way due to a store credit I wanted to use that has not yet been issued. But now it's in my cart, so as soon as it comes in I can place the order.

The lack of a "save" button was frustrating, time consuming, and not intuitive (one star). I had to use chat to find out how to save my designs, most of which I had already lost by then and ran out of time to redo. My uploaded logos do not stay in my My Uploads for other products, I had to reupload everytime I wanted to design an item - also time consuming and frustrating (one star). The chat associate was helpful, without their help, I would have given up and shopped elsewhere. THe chat associate boosted my rating from 1 to 3 stars. hopefully I will have a better experience when I receive my products and my star rating will increase.
